Warranty coverage is subject to:
- Purchase from Royal or an authorised Royal dealer
- Availability of the warranty card and proof of purchase
- Proper installation, operation and maintenance
- Inspection by Royal or an authorised service representative
- The product-specific warranty terms and exclusions
Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised repair, abnormal voltage, accidents, water seepage, physical damage or normal wear and tear may not be covered.

Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy
Products purchased through www.royalfans.com may be eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase, subject to the terms outlined below.
Exchange Eligibility
A product may be exchanged only if:
- It was faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- It does not match the product specifications or the item originally ordered.
Customers must report any issue within 3 days of delivery by contacting Royal Fans through:

All complaints and exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Evidence and Product Return
Customers may be required to provide clear photographs or videos showing the fault, damage, or incorrect product before a claim can be processed.
Supporting evidence must be shared through email or WhatsApp within the applicable exchange period.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, it must be returned to Royal Fans within 15 days of purchase. After receiving and inspecting the product, Royal Fans may provide a replacement for the item listed on the original invoice.
Exchange Exclusions
An exchange may not be approved in the following situations:
- The exchange request is submitted after the specified time period.
- The product has been damaged due to improper use, negligence, or mishandling.
- The product has been altered, repaired, opened, or tampered with.
- The original packaging, labels, accessories, manuals, or any included item is missing.
- The product shows signs of use that are unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
Refund Policy
Royal Fans does not generally offer cash refunds or a money-back guarantee on purchased products.
A refund may only be considered in the following circumstances:
- The customer cancels the order before Royal Fans begins processing or dispatching the shipment.
- The delivered product does not match the original specifications or the product ordered.
- The shipment is significantly delayed due to weather conditions, logistics disruptions, political circumstances, or other events beyond reasonable control, and the customer no longer wishes to receive the order.
Any approved refund will be processed in accordance with Royal Fans’ internal verification and payment procedures.
Warranty Claims
For warranty-related claims, customers should contact the nearest authorised Royal Fans service centre or area distributor.
Warranty claims are handled separately from product exchanges and remain subject to the applicable warranty terms of the purchased product.

Customers should retain the original invoice, packaging, accessories, and warranty documentation, as these may be required to process an exchange, refund, or warranty claim.
