Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

• Products purchased from royalfans.com can be exchanged within 30 days only if the item is faulty, damaged, defective at delivery, or does not match the original product specifications.
• The customer must notify Royal Fans within 3 days of delivery by emailing, contacting via WhatsApp, or calling the helpline.
• Each dispute is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• The customer must provide photographic evidence of the defective item before any claim can be processed.
• If an item is found to be faulty or damaged, the customer must send the defective product back within 15 days of purchase.
• Upon receipt and inspection, Royal Fans may issue a replacement for the product(s) mentioned in the invoice.

• Request made outside the specified time frame.
• Product is damaged because of use or mishandling.
• Product has been tampered with.
• Anything missing from the package including labels, original packing, and accessories.

• Royal Fans does not offer a cash refund or money-back guarantee on purchased items.
• A refund may only be considered if the customer cancels the order before shipment processing begins.
• The item does not match the original specifications.
• The shipment is delayed due to weather, logistics, political issues, etc., and the customer no longer needs the product.
