Royal Fans — Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

Intro

· This policy explains the conditions under which products purchased from www.royalfans.com may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

1. Exchange Eligibility

· Products purchased from royalfans.com can be exchanged within 30 days only if the item is faulty, damaged, defective at delivery, or does not match the original product specifications.

· The customer must notify Royal Fans within 3 days of delivery by emailing eshop@royalfans.com, contacting via WhatsApp, or calling 111-ROYAL-1.

· Each dispute is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

· The customer must provide photographic evidence of the defective item by email or WhatsApp before any claim can be processed.

· If an item is found to be faulty or damaged, the customer must send the defective product back to Royal Fans within 15 days of purchase.

· Upon receipt and inspection, Royal Fans may issue a replacement for the product(s) mentioned in the invoice.

2. Cases We May Not Support

· Exchange request made outside the specified time frame.

· Product is damaged because of use or mishandling.

· Product has been tampered with.

· Anything is missing from the package, including labels, original packaging, or accessories.

3. Refund Terms

· Royal Fans does not offer cash refunds or a money-back guarantee on purchased items.

· A refund may only be considered if the customer cancels the order before Royal Fans begins processing the shipment.

· A refund may also be considered if the item delivered does not match the original product specifications.

· If the shipment is delayed due to weather, logistics, political issues, or similar circumstances, and the customer no longer requires the product, the case may be reviewed individually.
